For appointments or enquiries, please call +605-226 2777 during office hours：
Monday to Friday::
8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday:
8:30am - 1:00pm
- Kindly inform us your preferred appointment date (at least 3 working days in advance) which will be subjected to availability.

Day Before Your Health Screening
- Fast at least 8 hours prior to the appointment.
- If you are on medication for high blood pressure or heart disease, please consume your medication with plain water in the morning of your check up.
- If you are on medication for diabetes, please hold off the medication in the morning of your check up. You may wish to check with the staff or doctor in charge if you can consume it after your check up.
- Please do not wear your contact lenses but bring along your spectacles for your eye screening.
- For safety purposes, do not wear any jewellery.
- Please bring along previous medical reports or imaging films, if any.

Registration
- Please present your NRIC for registration purposes at the Health Screening Unit.
- If you are covered by any insurance plan or under Company Guarantee Letter (GL), please prepare such documentations prior to your visit and bring them along on your appointment date.

Briefing / Orientation
- After registration, our staff will brief on the details and procedures.
- Our staff will accompany you to the assigned destination for certain procedures.
- Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Report Review
- You will be notified once the report is reviewed by our Medical Officer.
